Generally, for cancellations of up to 1 month prior a voucher will be provided worth 100% of the payment for the tours in Tanjung Puting, Sumatra and Sulawesi. The deposit for the Komodo tours is not refundable.

We strongly recommend to take a travel insurance for external factors that may affect the tour – such as flight complications. We emphasize that our responsibility is to professionally prepare the tour in line with what clients book – it is the client’s responsibility to manage the risks of and insure against external factors that are beyond our control.
